The following information is provided to ensure you have access to the important information as an exhibitor at the Āpōpō Congress 2026.

Full Exhibition Stand Inclusions:

  • Single Exhibition Shell set up; W 3.0 x D 1.8 x H 2.3m

  •  Charcoal velcro receptive panel system

  •  150 watt spotlights (2)

  •  Power amp supply with 4 plug multi-box

  •  Clothed trestle table and two chairs

  •  Two exhibitor registrations - allowing registration access to the exhibition hall only (including catering)

  •  100 word profile on conference app

All those who are onsite at Apopo 2026 Conference, must be registered and wear their name badge at all times (including pack in and out days).

Compulsory Actions 

Stand Registration

Please register all personnel who will be part of the exhibition: All Exhibition stands receive two complimentary registrations, everyone must be registered who will be attending.

Additional Stand Attendees

Please register all personnel who will be part of the exhibition: These can be purchased in addition to the two complimentary tickets for $422.50 + GST.

Exhibition Build Company and Furniture Hire

Exhibition Hire Services is the company contracted to install the shell scheme and also assist with additional stand furniture and accessories for hire.

  • Wireless connectivity is readily available throughout the Centre.

    Guests will have access to free public wi-fi, with a 1Mbps access limit per user, on a shared 20Mbps bandwidth. This allows for basic browsing, email and social media.

  • If you need to deliver something to Claudelands for your exhibition, please label all packages with the following information:

    ·       Event name

    ·       Date of event

    ·       Stand number and room name

    ·       Contact for your company on site, name and phone 

    ·       Sender contact details

    All deliveries are to report to Gate 6, Brooklyn Rd. Deliveries will be distributed to the correct location by Claudelands administration or security.

    Claudelands will sign in all deliveries as ‘received not checked’ and will hand over once the organiser is on site. We take care with deliveries prior to your arrival on site, however we accept no responsibility for damage or loss.

    Approval is required in advance for all large deliveries. Please notify your Exhibition Organiser prior to any large items being delivered to the venue.

    Please note storage space at Claudelands is limited and charges may apply. Transfer and storage of all items is the responsibility of the organiser or exhibitor.

    Any items left behind must be collected within 24 hours of the end of the hire period. Claudelands takes no responsibility for goods left on the premises after this time. All items left for collection by freight or courier companies must be clearly labelled with company name, contact name and contact mobile number. Any items not pre-identified will be deemed abandoned and the venue will dispose of these accordingly and on-charge the cost.
